Forget typical bios. I’ve always been allergic to boring. From launching PCDJ, the world’s first dual MP3 player (DJs everywhere, you’re welcome), to playing guitar in gritty NYC punk bands, to landing front-and-center in the Wall Street Journal, playing small was never my style.

Back in 2009—before most marketers had even heard of Google Maps optimization or realized mobile phones would revolutionize marketing—I trained over 30,000 hungry entrepreneurs to build their own profitable local marketing agencies. (I still get “you changed my life” emails today.)

That same year, I pioneered the very first mobile landing page builder for WordPress, way before responsive design became standard. Hell, even the FTC invited me to speak about email marketing—and yes, I kept the profanity minimal (barely)—all while running a successful agency and raising a family.
